In 2011 a pair of abandoned and subsiding Victorian houses were excavated, stripped back and ratcheted back to together to create an adaptable platform for a daily changing schedule of exhibitions and events. Existing over the two floors of the two buildings and spilling into the rear gardens the collaborative project was known as the Peckham Hotel and lasted for 30 days.
The buildings have been retained in their current form and continue to be used for creative projects.
