The Yard Hall

Stratford

Practice Architecture worked with the The Yard Theatre and their youth committee to design and construct their new community space in Stratford. The Hall runs a wide range of events including drama workshops, parent support groups, soft-play for under 4’s, art clubs, board games nights and yoga, hosted by both The Yard Theatre and local residents.

With a small budget we developed a palette of dipped and dyed timber and a simple and direct language of construction.
